One Whole Week! So Far So Good!

Well friends, Just wanted to jot a note down to let you know that my very first week without Doxy has gone completely perfect! I mean, not one loss of memory, not one feeling like I'm going to have a seizure, not one moment where I had brain fog or fatigue. I've been dealing with a cold all week too and even with that, I've not had any of the previous symptoms that I had from the Lyme! Praising God from head to toe here!!!

Here is a link that is very interesting for the future of IDSA guidelines ... Even if I never have another symptom, I will always be an advocate for getting these guidelines changed because there are MANY people suffering needlessly because of the Infectious Disease Society of America's guidelines for diagnosing chronic Lyme. This has to stop...it's frightening enough to have Lyme Disease without having to have the added stress that you will have to pay out of pocket for treatment from a doctor who has to treat you secretly! That's ludicrous!
