One Month and 5 Days Out

One Month and 5 Days - No Doxycycline! YAAY!!

I've had some ups and downs these past few days. Like I said before, I don't want to just blame every little thing on Lyme disease!! However, I've had some things that aren't so ordinary but that still does not mean it's Lyme!

This past couple weeks, I've had some tough nights trying to sleep. I have this weird sensation where it feels like all my muscles tense up at the same time, then they relax. It only lasts maybe 1 minute at the longest, maybe even 15 seconds, but it's long enough to wake me up and cause me to worry.

A couple nights, I got up to go to the bathroom and felt that 'unsteady' on my feet feeling. Not really dizzy, but simply off balance. I do not like that feeling at all, that also makes me begin to worry.

I've had some strange sensations in my legs where I feel like the muscles are not moving smoothly. Almost as if I'm flipping my feet when I walk. But, I don't think I *look* like I'm flipping my feet! I visualize big deep sea diving fins on my feet and how they would make one walk ... that's what it feels like I'm doing. LOL!

I'm still doing pretty good with my memory! Of course, that might depend on who's opinion you ask! I don't seem to have lapses in memory any more. And the thing I hated the most when I was having a lot of symptoms, those moments when I felt like I was going to have a seizure. I have not had any of those moments again.

The bible says, "So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today." Matthew 6:34

So, each time I start to worry about tomorrow, or the next day or the next month...I quote this scripture in my mind and tuck it gently into my heart and thank the Lord for reminding me. I'm positive that if I DO have Lyme disease, God is going to guide me and give me wisdom, no matter what direction it takes.

Thanks for reading my blog! And, thanks for praying for me!
This is an interesting journey.

And He said,
"Renae, be of good cheer;
your faith has made you well.
Go in peace."

Luke 8:48
